This week I joined the Chit Chat Money Podcast to talk about the State of the Music Industry.

It’s been a while since I’ve done a deep dive on this space (which long time readers know I follow closely), so now seemed like a good time to sit down and have a long-form conversation on this topic.

We discussed the growth prospects, the basics of streaming royalties and intellectual property rights, my experience as an independent artist, the labels, the streaming platforms, potential for price increases and of course, AI (saved the best for the end).
